Refund policy

Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that all of our products are made to order. Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to cancel your order for any reason. After this period, due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and refunds cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To exercise your right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, please contact us at sales@jardineleisure.co.uk. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with all tags and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Returns must be sent to:

Please note, items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@jardineleisure.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their bespoke, made-to-order nature, our products cannot be returned after delivery unless damaged or faulty. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
